Usually its not worth it to buy a couch from Ailat if you live in Jerusalem because of the price of the Move.  It can easily run you more than 1000 shekels just to transport.   Might as well just buy a better one in jerusalem. 
I might have the answer for you but it requires flexibility of time.  
Call up to 10 different movers from both Eilat and Jerusalem.  Tell them you want to transport a couch and if they have a move soon cross country where they can pick up the couch for you. 
Movers love to earn an extra 300 shekels and don't mind spending an extra hour if they anyway will be paying for the gas.
